§ 93.04 VIOLATIONS.
   For burning offenses in violation of § 93.03, a notice of violation, in the form of a printed envelope, a ticket, or such other written notification deemed appropriate by the City Chief of Police or Superintendent of City Services, may be served personally upon the person violating the regulations. The notice shall indicate the minimum fine for the offense designated thereon, and that the fine may be paid by placing the amount of the fine, attached to a copy of the notice, in the city courtesy box or by delivering it to the City Police Department within 10 days from the day the notice is served. The minimum fine for a violation of § 93.03 shall be $50 for each offense. The minimum fine for the offense shall double if payment is not received by the city within 10 days of the service of the notice. If payment is not received by the city within 30 days of the service of the notice, the city may file a complaint in the Circuit Court and seek a fine for each violation in the amount not to exceed $200, plus court costs.
