(A) Locations.
Lot | Description |
Lot A | Located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Livingston and Independence Streets |
Lot B | Bounded by Livingston Street on the south, Hamilton Street on the east and State Street on the west, commonly known as the depot parking lot |
Lot C | Located next to and north of Nick’s Community Playground |
Lot D | Southeast corner of the intersection of Livingston and Market Streets |
Lot E | Bounded by Market Street on the east, Livingston Street on the north, Washington Street on the south and railroad tracks on the west |
Lot F | Bounded by Market Street on the east, Washington Street on the north, Main on the south and railroad tracks on the west |
Lot G | Southeast corner of the intersection of Hamilton and Center Streets |
(B) Parking restrictions. The parking of motor vehicles in each lot shall be restricted as follows, unless otherwise posted and as modified in division (C) of this schedule.

(C) Parking prohibited. No vehicle shall be parked in any municipal parking lot when lot is closed for maintenance, cleaning or snow removal.
