§ 72.07 PARKING FOR SALE OR REPAIR.
   No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any street or highway or within any public right-of-way for the purpose of displaying it for sale, or for washing, greasing, or repairing the vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
