(A) No vehicle shall be parked with the left side of the vehicle next to the curb, except on 1-way streets.
(B) No person shall stand or park any vehicle in any street other than parallel with the curb and with the 2 wheels of the vehicle closest to the curb within 12 inches of the regularly established curb line.
(C) Upon those streets that have been marked for angle parking, vehicles shall be parked at the angle to the curb indicated by the marks.
