§ 70.30 ONE-WAY STREETS.
   (A)   The City Council may designate by ordinance any street or alley under its jurisdiction as 1-way and authorize the erection of signs indicating the proper direction of vehicular movement. It shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle on any street or alley so designated in a direction opposite to the direction designated.
   (B)   One-way streets and alleys are designated in Chapter 76, Schedule III.
