§ 93.20 MEANS OF APPEAL.
   (A)   Application for appeal. Unless another timeline or process is set forth herein, any person directly affected by a decision of the Community Development Director or a notice or order issued under this code shall have the right to appeal to the Board of Zoning Appeals, provided that a written application for appeal is filed within 20 days of the date of the decision of the Community Development Director, or date the notice or order was served.
   (B)   Standard for review. An application for appeal shall be based on a claim that the true intent of this code or the rules legally adopted thereunder have been incorrectly interpreted, the provisions of this code do not fully apply, the requirements of this code are adequately satisfied by other means, or the strict application of any requirement of this code would cause undue hardship.
   (C)   Administrative procedures for appeals. The procedure for such appeal shall be consistent with Chapter 150.20 of the Montgomery Code of Ordinances.
