§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 92.05 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. The sentencing court may, in addition to or in lieu of the penalty provided in this division, require a person who violates § 92.05, to remove litter from any public or private property.
