§ 92.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings ascribed to them respectively.
   COMBUSTIBLE WASTE. All waste substances capable of incineration or burning, including garbage, paper, rags, excelsior, wood, grass, leaves and the like.
   COMMERCIAL WASTE. All waste, combustible and non-combustible, arising out of the operations of businesses and industry and all other wastes not resulting from the ordinary operations of private residences or households.
