§ 90.09 RACING ANIMALS.
   No person shall run or race any animal, or ride or drive any animal on public sidewalks or on paved portions of any street or way or on private property in this municipality without first obtaining permission of the owner of same, or shall run, race, ride or drive any animal in a manner so as to endanger the body or property of another person.
