§ 76.08 STANDING OR PARKING FOR SALE, ADVERTISING OR WASHING.
   No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any highway for the principal purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying it for sale;
   (B)   Advertising;
   (C)   Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
