(A) (1) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or any parking regulation imposed by the City Manager shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Whenever the city shall incur any cost in order to remove a vehicle illegally parked, such cost shall also be assessed.
(2) Whenever a violation is categorized as a minor misdemeanor, the penalty for such minor misdemeanor violation shall provide a maximum penalty for such minor misdemeanor at $150 per violation.

(1) A written warning for the first offense (Offender will be given seven days from issuance of warning to comply);
(2) A fine of not more than $25 for each parking location that is not properly marked or maintained according to the requirements of this chapter for a second offense; and
(3) A fine of not more than $50 for each parking location that is not properly marked or maintained according to the requirements of this chapter for a third offense; each day from the date that the citation for a third offense is issued shall constitute a separate offense.

(C) Whoever violates § 76.04(A)(21) shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense. Each separate vehicle improperly parked or standing on such property and each day that such violation occurs may be the subject of a separate citation and criminal conviction.
