§ 75.57 LITTER CONTROL FOR HORSE-DRAWN CARRIAGES.
   (A)   Each animal pulling a horse-drawn carriage operating on the city streets shall be equipped with standard manure nets to catch and hold such manure until such time as the operator is able to place the manure in a standard wire-tie plastic bag which the operator shall carry on each carriage.
   (B)   Each horse-drawn carriage shall be equipped with such type and quantity of chemical product approved by the Fire Chief which when poured upon animal urine will neutralize the urine and eliminate accumulative agents and odor.
   (C)   The driver and/or horse-drawn carriage operator shall clean up any manure or other debris from the horses and carriage and any other location within the city where it may be found.
