§ 75.13 TOY VEHICLES, SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER-SKATES AND ROLLER-BLADES ON STREETS.

No person on roller-skates or roller-blades, or riding in or by means of any sled, toy vehicle, skateboard or similar device shall go upon any roadway except while crossing a street within a crosswalk.
