§ 33.29 COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT.
   If anything contained in this chapter, setting forth the rules for the appointment, classification, promotion or discipline of classified employees, should be in conflict with the provisions of a collective bargaining agreement governing the employment of a municipal personnel, the terms of such collective bargaining agreement shall supersede and shall prevail over provisions of this chapter.
