§ 33.17 OFFICIAL RECORDS.
   The Secretary shall assure that a record of the minutes and other official actions of the Commission are maintained as required under these rules and under the laws of the State of Ohio. A copy of such minute records shall be filed with the office of the Clerk of Council.
