5-2-9: GRAFFITI ABATEMENT CIVIL IN NATURE:
A violation of Sections 5-2-5 through 5-2-8 of this Chapter, relating to the abatement of graffiti, shall not be treated as misdemeanors nor shall they be criminal in nature. (1998 Code)
