5-2-5: UNLAWFUL CONDUCT; OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY:
It shall be unlawful for the owner of any property to allow graffiti to be placed or remain on any external surface of the owner's property. The owner of any such property shall remove any graffiti which has been placed there. (1998 Code)
