§ 17.52.010 CITY COUNCIL.
   The Council shall:
   (A)   Adopt zoning regulations as stated in this title and amendments hereto;
   (B)   Approve any changes to the zoning map;
   (C)   Consider appeals of Commission decisions; and
   (D)   Perform such other duties as are required by state law as set forth in Chapter 2.12.
