§ 17.04.035 RELATIONSHIP TO SPECIFIC PLANS.

The city has adopted specific plans for areas of the city specified on the Official Zoning Map. The provisions adopted in each of these plans shall be considered to be the development standards for the following specific plan areas:

(A) Peck Road Specific Plan.

(B) Gold Hills Specific Plan.

(D) Norumbega Specific Plan.

(E) Madison Specific Plan.

(F) 700 South Myrtle Avenue Specific Plan.

(G) Rose Gardens at Santa Teresita Specific Plan.

(H) The Parks at Station Square Specific Plan.

(I) Station Square South Specific Plan.

(J) Avalon Monrovia Specific Plan.

(K) 127 Pomona Specific Plan.

(L) Arroyo at Monrovia Station.

(M) Alexan Foothills Specific Plan.
