§ 16.40.010 FILING MAPS—MISCELLANEOUS.
   (A)   At the time of the filing of a tentative map, final map or parcel map the subdivider shall pay to the city a uniform fee set by Council resolution to defray the cost and expenses involved in filing and processing. After a tentative map has once been approved by the Commission and Council, a revised tentative map shall be subject to the same fee.
   (B)   In cases where the nature of the subdivision requires greater than the normal services covered by the above fees, the City Engineer shall estimate the cost of plan checking and require the subdivider to pay an amount equal to such costs.
   (C)   In cases where a record of survey is a condition precedent to the approval of a subdivision of less than five lots, the fee paid for such subdivision of less than five lots may be applied to the fee required by division (A) of this section. In no case shall such fee be refunded.
