§ 16.32.010 AGREEMENT TO COMPLETE IMPROVEMENTS AND SURVEY REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   If the improvement work has not been completed and the survey requirements have not been met, all as set forth in Chapter 16.28 and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, prior to approval of the final map, then the subdivider shall enter into an agreement with the city, agreeing to:
      (1)   Have all required improvement work completed;
      (2)   Pay all inspection, laboratory, supervision and appurtenant costs in connection with inspection of all required improvements;
      (3)   Provide all necessary field engineering for the purposes of establishing lines and grades during installation of all required improvements;
      (4)   Set all required monuments and ties, and furnish such calculations, notes and other survey data as may be required; all within one year, unless otherwise specified in said agreement may provide for an extension of time for good and sufficient reasons.
   (B)   The subdivider shall submit said written agreement which shall be subject to review and approval by the City Engineer and the City Attorney before acceptance.
