§ 16.28.230 SURVEY REQUIREMENTS—REFERENCE POINTS.
   If, in the opinion of the City Engineer, any of the points mentioned in §§ 16.28.210 and 16.28.220 are inaccessible, then reference points shall be set per applicable state law.
