§ 16.28.180 DEMOLITION, MOVING, ALTERING OR CONVERTING ANY STRUCTURE OR FACILITY.
   The subdivider shall perform all work required by the Commission and/or City Council in connection with the demolition, moving, altering, or conversion of any structure of facility either wholly or partially within the subdivision or affected thereby.
