§ 16.24.170 STREET COMPONENTS—WIDTH.
   The width of all streets offered, for dedication in conformity with this title shall be determined by the standards set forth in this section. The basis for all street, highway and road design shall be the lanes. The width of the lanes shall be related to the use to which the street or roadway will be put, and to the use of abutting land.
