Any interested person may appeal the decision of the Planning Commission on a parcel map application by filing an appeal in writing with the City Clerk within 15 calendar days following the date of the Planning Commission's decision. The written appeal, which may be in the form of a letter, shall set forth the grounds therefor. The City Clerk shall not accept the appeal for filing unless it is accompanied by the filing and processing fee as set by Council resolution.
