§ 16.08.250 RECORD OF SURVEY.
   RECORD OF SURVEY shall have the same meaning as provided in any applicable state law, except that records of survey for purposes other than those of subdivision which, by law, do not require approval by the Council or endorsement by that body, shall be excluded from the provisions of this title dealing with records of survey. Such records of survey shall be processed as required by law.
