§ 16.08.100 DIVIDING STRIP.
   DIVIDING STRIP shall mean a separation between opposite directional flows of traffic. It may also be a separation between the traffic lanes on a traffic street or highway and the parallel service street which provides access to property nominally fronting on the traffic ways.
