§ 15.30.700 NOTICE OF CHANGE OF ADDRESS.
   Every owner and operator of a surface mining operation, and every person who has been issued a surface mining permit, shall notify the city of each change of address. Notice shall be given no more than seven days after the change is effective and shall be given on a form provided by the city.
