§ 15.30.670 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF SURFACE MINING PERMIT.
   The Public Works Department may suspend or revoke the surface mining permit of any person issued under the provisions of this chapter whenever it shall appear to the Public Works Department that the permittee is maintaining or conducting the surface mining operation in violation of the laws of the state or the provisions of this chapter.
