§ 15.30.470 APPLICATION.
   The owner or operator shall submit a financial assurances proposal to the Public Works Department prior to securing financial assurances. Such proposal shall be prepared by a California registered professional engineer approved by the Public Works Department. The financial assurances proposal shall be accompanied by a fee in the an amount established by resolution of the City Council.
