The reclamation plan shall be filed with the Planning Division on a form provided. Applications for reclamation plan approval shall include all required environmental review forms and information prescribed by the city. The information provided in the reclamation plan shall be certified by the applicant as true and correct. All documentation for the reclamation plan shall be submitted at one time. The reclamation plan shall be accompanied by a fee in an amount established by resolution of the City Council.
