§ 15.16.050 CONFORMITY WITH ZONING REGULATIONS.

Any barrier erected for the purpose of complying with this chapter shall conform to all zoning regulations of the city; provided further, that no swimming pool shall be constructed where a barrier required by this chapter will be in conflict with said zoning regulations.
