§ 15.08.010 PURPOSE.
   (A)   The purpose of this chapter is to require security devices in certain buildings used for business, industrial, and/or manufacturing purposes, as a burglary and theft-prevention measure.
   (B)   Where reference to COMMERCIAL BUILDING is found in this chapter, it shall mean business, industrial and manufacturing buildings.
