(A) Part I of the Solar Energy Code is amended by revising Section 10.4 to read as follows:
10.4. Administrative Provisions. The Administrative Code, as adopted by § 15.04.010 of the Monrovia Municipal Code, shall serve as the administrative, organizational and enforcement rules and regulations for this Code.
(B) Part I of the Solar Energy Code is further amended by deleting the remaining sections in their entirety.
