§ 15.04.400 CHAPTER 1 AMENDED—ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS.
   Chapter 1 of the Plumbing Code is amended to read as follows:
   The Administrative Code, as adopted by § 15.04.010 of the Monrovia Municipal Code, shall serve as the administrative, organizational and enforcement rules and regulations for this Code.
