§ 15.04.350 SECTION 3201 AMENDED—ENCROACHMENT PERMIT REQUIRED.
   Section 3201.1 of the Building Code is amended by adding a new last paragraph to read as follows:
   3201.5 An encroachment permit shall be obtained from the Director of Public Works prior to any use or occupancy of a street, alley or public sidewalk.
