Chapter 2 of the Building Code is amended by adding the following new definitions:
(1) To Section 202 add:
DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE is a committee established by Chapter 2.56 of the Monrovia Municipal Code.
HCD DISTRICT is the Historic Commercial Downtown District as defined in Title 17 of the Monrovia Municipal Code.
HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION is a commission established by Chapter 2.54 of the Monrovia Municipal Code.
INTERMODAL SHIPPING CONTAINER. A six-sided steel unit originally constructed as a general cargo container used for the transport of goods and materials.
