Section 309.1 of the Administrative Code is amended as follows:
(A) The first paragraph is amended by deleting the exception.
(B) Add a new third paragraph to read as follows:
A certificate of occupancy shall not be issued nor shall clearances for connection to any source of energy, fuel or power be issued until final building, plumbing, mechanical and electrical inspections have been made and approval obtained from the Building Official. The Building Official shall withhold final approval until inspections and approvals required by other officials of this jurisdiction have been granted.
