Items 2, 5 and 7 of Section 301.2.1 of the Administrative Code, respectively, are revised to read as follows:
2. Fences not over 3 feet in height.
5. Retaining walls which are not over 2 feet measured from the bottom of the footing to the top of the wall, unless supporting a surcharge or impounding flammable liquids.
7. Platforms, decks, walks and driveways not more than 12 inches above grade and not over any basement or story below.
