§ 15.04.030 SECTION 103 AMENDED—HCD DISTRICT DEFINED.
   Section 103 of the Administrative Code is amended by adding a new definition to read as follows:
HCD DISTRICT is the Historic Commercial Downtown District as defined in Title 17 of the Monrovia Municipal Code.
