§ 13.04.050 SPECIAL CONTRACTS.

   Contracts, other than applications, may be required prior to service, under the following conditions:

   (A)   When construction of special extension facilities is necessary;

   (B)   For temporary service;

   (C)   For standby service or fire service;

   (D)   For connections with other qualified utilities.
