§ 12.40.010 NEWSRACKS PERMITTED.
   The vending of newspapers or other publications from an unattended coin-operated vending machine (a “newsrack”), placed upon a public sidewalk or right-of-way, shall be permitted in accordance with the regulations of this chapter.
