§ 12.20.020 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the words set out in this section shall have the following meanings:
   COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENT. Premises used for other than that which is set out in this section.
   MULTIPLE-DWELLING. Premises with more than one dwelling.
   PREMISES. A lot, parcel of land, building or establishment.
   SINGLE RESIDENCE. Premises with one residence.
