§ 12.12.070 VIOLATION—PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or of any ordinance establishing any setback line or lines shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine or by imprisonment, or by both such fine and imprisonment as provided elsewhere in this code.
