§ 10.36.040 SKATE PARK.
   (A)   No person shall use the skate park skating surface for uses other than riding, skating, or propelling a skateboard or in-line skates. The riding, propelling or using of bicycles, coasters, roller-skates, self-propelled scooters, motorized scooters, toy vehicles or other similar devices at the skate park is prohibited.
   (B)   Any person riding, skating, propelling or using a skateboard or in-line skates at the skate park shall wear a properly-fitted protective helmet, elbow pads and knee pads at all times.
   (C)   Any person who rides, skates, propels or uses a skateboard or in-line skates at the skate park without the required protective gear is guilty of an infraction, which is punishable as provided in Chapter 1.16 of this code.
   (D)   The City Manager or the City Manger's designee shall have the power and authority to establish, publicize and enforce rules and regulations governing the use of the skate park. Violation of said rules and regulations shall constitute an infraction, which is punishable as provided in Chapter 1.16 of this code.
