No person shall park a vehicle on any public street containing more than one sign larger than 12 inches by 20 inches, advertising that the vehicle is for sale. No sign permitted by this section shall be placed on the exterior of the vehicle. No person shall park a vehicle on any street on which the words “For Sale” or similar words advertising that such vehicle is for sale are painted on the windows or exterior body of the vehicle.
