Except for school buses, there shall be no parking in the following locations between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. when school is in session:
(A) On the east side of Madison Avenue from Colorado Boulevard to 638 feet south of Foothill Boulevard;
(B) On the north side of Colorado Boulevard from Madison Avenue to 800 easterly.
