There shall be one-hour maximum parking between the posted hours indicated by signage, as authorized by the Director of Public Works, in the following locations:
(A) On the south side of Maple Avenue from Magnolia Avenue westerly to the first driveway;
(B) On all parking areas within Library Park; this division shall not apply to authorized personnel utilizing designated spaces;
(C) On the south side of Huntington Drive from 45 feet west of Encino Avenue to 288 feet west of Encino Avenue;
(D) On Walnut Avenue between Myrtle Avenue and Ivy Avenue, south side only;
(E) On Colorado Blvd. in front of the high school from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
