Unless otherwise specified, all violations of this chapter shall be an infraction and persons who commit a violation shall be subject to citation, towing or both, and revocation of permits as specified in this chapter. Parking citations are issued subject to and may be appealed pursuant to Chapter 10.17: Administrative Fines - Citations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any violation of § 10.14.040 may be prosecuted as a misdemeanor in the discretion of the City Prosecutor.
