The following streets are hereby designated as one-way streets, and traffic thereon, upon the portions designated in this section, shall be limited to a single direction as set forth in this section:
(A) Central Avenue (north frontage road along the Foothill Freeway) between Mayflower Avenue and Mountain Avenue, limited to travel in a westerly direction;
(B) Evergreen Avenue (south frontage road along the Foothill Freeway) between Magnolia Avenue and Mountain Avenue, limited to travel in an easterly direction.
(C) Palm Avenue between Primrose Avenue and Myrtle Avenue, limited to travel in a westerly direction.
(D) Lime Avenue between Primrose Avenue and Myrtle Avenue, limited to travel in an easterly direction.
